Terms of Use

The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. The term ‘Beesolv’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website These Terms and Conditions define the framework for our engagements, ensuring a clear understanding and smooth workflow throughout our collaboration. By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges Beesolv’s capabilities in managing projects professionally. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is required before initiating any project. Work will not commence until these terms are formally agreed to by the client.

Copyright

Copyrights to all deliverables, including written content, creatives, and listing assets, remain with Beesolv until full payment is received. Unauthorized use of the deliverables before payment completion grants Beesolv the right to pursue legal action, and all profits from such use are subject to forfeiture.

Refunds

Beesolv does not refund any sunk costs incurred as part of project delivery. This includes costs related to third-party services, design work, product launching or inventory not sale or any resources procured for the project.While Beesolv does not guarantee refunds, we commit to working towards a fair resolution if the delivered work substantially deviates from what was agreed upon.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods. The client agrees to maintain a valid payment method on file and is responsible for any non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees or chargebacks.

Revisions

Beesolv provides up to three revisions within the original project scope for Copy writing, Designing, Product Hunting. Additional revisions or any changes necessitated by an oversight in the agreed-upon content will incur extra charges. No further revisions will be provided beyond this without additional payment.

Turnaround Time

The typical project turnaround time is depend to project complexity and external factors or stated in Agreement. Beesolv does not guarantee delivery within this timeframe and is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Commercial Use and Portfolio Rights

Beesolv reserves the right to use any project deliverables for our portfolio and promotional purposes unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Beesolv is not liable for any loss or damage to products during shipping, sourcing or production. It is the client’s responsibility to track and ensure the safe arrival of products/inventory and if any account suspension by the third party .

Confidentiality

All non-public personal or business information shared during the engagement is considered confidential. Beesolv commits to non-disclosure of such information, except as required by law.

Autonomy

Beesolv retains autonomy in deciding the method, timing, and execution of all services, subject to client feedback and the terms agreed upon.

This document is designed to clearly define the responsibilities and expectations between Beesolv and its clients, ensuring both parties are protected and aware of their rights and obligations.
